This morning I got up and went to the gym, I was lucky because my cute husband came with me today (he likes to go later on in the day so it was a real treat) but anyways when we got home I had a huge craving for Lemon Squares! How terrible is that to be craving sugar after I get home from the gym! I might need some help, and I might have a big problem! Fellow Bloggers I will give you guys this yummy recipe and you will have to try it out and let me know what you think of it, and then maybe I wont be the only one waking up in the morning cravin sugar!?
Lucys Lemon Squares
Crust
1 Cup soft butter
1/2 Cup powdered sugar
2 Cups flour
Mix together preheat oven to 350. Press crust into a greased 9 by 13 pan. bake for about 15 min.
Filling
4 Eggs Beaten
2 Cups sugar - MIX
1/4 Cup flour -MIX
1/4 Cup lemon juice - pour onto crust
Bake 350 for 20-25 min
filling will bubble a little
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
ENJOY!!

I don't know if this helps you or not, but this is the recipe that I use. It is literally the best lemon bar ever and supposedly, it's lite.

ha you are so funny. I am the same way. Ben and I are trying really hard to make ourselves be less dependent on sugar. But its hard. I always call him and say "If you aren't home to stop me I'm going to make chocolate chip cookies". Luckily we're all out of sugar and chocolate chips so I couldn't really make anything from scratch if I wanted to.
