Our Texas Trip

Ok were to start? We had a blast and were so sad to come home back to reality. But I will add it always feels good to be back home. Ok so we arrived in Gilmer TX at 4:30 am on Saturday we then went swimming at a pond and the water in Texas is super warm its not even refreshing when you jump in the water but thats ok i still love it. After we went swimming we went bow fishing at Gilmer Lake. I can see why Daniel loves it so much it was so much fun and it gets your adrenaline going. I shot a fish on my first time shooting my bow and the fish was 2.5 to 3 feet long!! I was freaking out because I do not like fish at all.

Daniel did so good i was very impressed he shot 10 fish threw out the night and I was lucky to shoot one haha.

We did alot of swimming and boating. We went to a lake that has alligators, why im not sure but I was freaked out!

We then went to Beavers Bend in Oklahoma for the family reunion. We went swimming on the river and cliff jumping alot.

it was beautiful at Beavers bend and Same with Gilmer it is just so green and big trees. It may be very humid and makes my hair go crazy but i love it in Gilmer Texas i wish we were not 13 hours away. I know my parents are not happy about this but i cant wait till Daniel and I can move to Texas we are hoping a year and a half to two years. Also it worked out great to be in Texas last week because Daniels best friend from high school got married on saturday in Lubbock TX. It was a beautiful wedding just different, they are members of the Church of Christ. I just want to say how blessed Daniel and I feel. The filling in the temple was so strong and amazing and at there wedding it just was not the same. I will say that I did love the glass window in there church.

On our way home from the wedding we found the Lubbock Temple it is a really little Temple it was hiding right behind a church.

all in all it was an amazing Vacation!!

One more thing if any of you know me you know that I love Ice cream and the best ice cream is in the south its called Blue Bell. It is a major treat for Daniel and I to have Blue Bell.
